Alert indicator
On this page, you can configure your Smartlight using your configured alerts. To install the Alert Indicator, download the APP and install it on the CMTK.
The Alert Indicator can then be found under Settings > Apps > Alert Indicator
Supported Smartlights¶

Add new Alarm¶
To add a new alarm, you should press the New Alarm Assignment button:
This will open a dialog. First you have to select a Device Output to use for the output:
Add Smartlight¶
Select the Smartlight and the Output Type you want to use.
To continue, click on Next.
Now you can select an Alarm, select a Color and the Blinking state for each state of this alarm.
You can also select the Blinking Frequency for the entire Smartlight.
Note
The Buzzer configuration is only available for smartlights that support a buzzer.
Note
The Buzzer Volume configuration will only be reflected on smartlights with firmware that supports this feature.
Note
Main CMTK alarms are all configured alarms from this CMTK, excluding alarms from configured node CMTKs.
Note
All Grafana alarms that are created in the CMTK can be used. They are visible at the latest after the first evaluation by Grafana.
Note
If you selected Segmented Alarm in the first step, you can assign the colors to specific segments of the smartlight. If you selected Single Alarm the whole smartlight will have the same color.
In the last step, you get a summary and you can enter a Name for the alarm.
Note
If you want to change the settings before finishing, you can click on Back and adjust them.
If you click on Finish, the alarm will be saved.
When the alarm is saved, a message will be displayed and the alarm is now visible in the table.
Digital Output¶
Select the Pin you want to use as Digital Output.
If the selected pin is configured as IO-Link, a dialog will pop up to warn you that the pin will be reconfigured as digital output.
Note
In the current version of the app, only the CMTK digital outputs are supported.
To continue, click on Next.
Now you can select an Alarm and the Output Behavior for the digital output.
Note
The Output Behavior defines how the digital output will behave when the alarm is triggered.
- Active High: The digital output will be set to high when the alarm is triggered.
- Active Low: The digital output will be set to low when the alarm is triggered.
In the last step, you get a summary and you can enter a Name for the alarm.

If you want to change the settings before finishing, you can click on Back and adjust them.

Edit Alarm¶
If you want to edit an existing alarm, press the Edit button:
The dialog will be opened with the current settings. You can change the desired settings and after that save with the Finish button.

To delete an alarm, press the delete button:
To finish the deletion, you need to confirm it:
