Software updateΒΆ
Here you can update the core apps to the latest software version.
You will find it under Settings > Gateway Settings > Software Update

Note
This will only update the core apps. The other apps can be updated in the App Manager

Update online
Update the CMTK online by clicking on Check updates online. As long as your PC has internet connection a menu appears listing new versions including the release notes. Select the version you want and click on Download.

Update from file
When you want to install the update manually you need to find your Type Code or Order Code. Check the nameplate on your product or go to "Connected Devices" and use the Type Code from Master 1.
To select a update file, you have to click on the Upload software file button.

The supported file format is ".mender"

When the file is uploaded, you can start the installation by clicking on the Start Installation button.

Note
After the update, the device will reboot. This can take up to 5 minutes. The device wont be accessible for this time.
Warning
Reload the page after the CMTK is booted up again.
